Okay so i had multiple celebrations.

With the class, they surprised me in the canteen while i was desperately trying to learn ting xie. Haha. They started singing but i was still trying to memorise the chen yus. It took me what, 2 minutes for me to realise they were singing "Happy Birthday" to me. Mao popped up from behind with a cake. A delcious home baked cinnamon, walnut, nutella and butter-biscuit-based cake, mind you. We were late for ting xie, not that we wanted to be there anyway. Haha. Then the class managed to persuade lao shi to excuse me from that afternoon's extra lesson cos we were going to watch a movie in celebration. Mao, Gladys and I (again, the same three that went the last time) went to Lido. Gladys wasn't in the mood for a movie, so it was just Mao, I and Knowing. It's quite a mind boggling and scary. We meet up with Gladys after the movie. Mao needed to leave so it was time for Gladys and I to search for earphones! We went to EpiCentre@ Wheelocks to an iShop or something at Cineleisure then lastly to Heeren HMV. We saw my Bro there with his platoon friend. Earphone hunt turned out unsuccessful.

With the OG, we had a small gathering at my place on Good Friday. It was raining. Sok was the first to arrived and insisted we mug Bio. LOL. I just got down to watching Saw while she hid behind the sofa with her notes. Haha. Ebony arrives, after much instructions on how to get to my place via phone calls. Jay tries to sneak up on us but fails miserably. Gou Jun, found her way with ease. We watch The Dark Knight and play many rounds Bridge. It's fun! But we stopped so we didn't grow sick of it. Gou Jun bought Sok and I a berry cheese cake with chocolate cookie base. Quite nice. :) They repeated the whole intro sequence in presenting the cake to both Sok and I seperately. Hilarious. Jay had trouble eating the cake, not that cos it was cheese but cos he didn't know how to hold the cake pieces together. Haha! We walk to Jelita Coldstorage Video Ezy for a short while. Gou Jun, Ebony and Jay cross the over head bridge to take the bus home. Sok and Hui Shan, who both could stay a little later, went with me to the playground at Henry Park Appartments where we had a lively discussion on Life. Haha. It was fun. :)

With Tanglin peeps. I missed Si Min's gig! Cos it was raining and we had no idea how to get there. We were at Bugis- Clement, Neil and I. I dragged around to find presents but no avail. Neil has leaves to meet his brother at Funan IT mall. Clement brings me to West Coast Park cos Jenn said she wanted to meet up with me. As time progressed, information on our visit at WCP at 8pm milked out from Clement. First that Joshua was there. Then that we met them unintentionally, ruining a planned surprise. Haha. It was funny. So they make me go to Macs but shortly call me back blind-folded. At first it was Nicholas leading me blind, but then it switched to more feminine hands. Joshua. Haha. He, being his usual ass self, made me spin around many times till i was off balance. When they took off the blind fold, i saw a tray with fries spelling out my name and a big mac sitting on an apple crumble with candles sticking out of it. The tray was covered in milk powder. HAHA! WEIRD PEOPLE! It also had little dishes of sauce that skillfully spelled out "HAPPY. BIRTHDAY. YUQI." So sweet. :) Apparently the candles were those impossible to blow out ones, but i just doused the flame in milk powder. Haha. Rebecca, Yamunna, Shu Han, Jenn, Joshua, Tony, Jin, Alvin, Nicholas Chung and Clement were there.
We eat at Mc Donalds before going home. Jenn gave me this impossibly wrapped present. Typical, her mischeiveous self at work. But everything was fantastic. :)
